Processed out of high density Expanded Poly Styrene (commonly known as Thermocol) the closed celled structure of these boxes is sure to safeguard the contents from external ambience.

This segment of our company caters very explicit requirements of packaging, where variance in the internal temperature can render the drugs unusable. Pre-frozen coolant pouches are accommodated inside the EPS Box to control temperature. These coolant pouches are made out of Thick food grade LDPE Films. The coolant pouches contain special “Eutectic gel” which when frozen helps maintain a very low temperature range, depending on the extent used. Of course, for those who would prefer, an option of Virgin Food Grade HDPE Freeze Pads is also available in place of coolant pouches. Should the need arise for extra insulation, high density E.P.E foam sheets are used in addition.
