EPS slabs/blocks are scooped and hand fabricated to resemble the product’s shape and size such that the product comfortably sits in the packing and is capable to withstand shock impact during transit. The density of EPS is decided in purview of the product’s safety requirements. As the packing is tailor made according to the product’s design and specifications, margin for error in the dimensions, is almost negligible. Apart from EPS, we also specialize in Fabricated EPE and U Foam packing. We also conduct drop tests in order to ensure the product safety.
